ANNOUNCEMENT FROM TRAVANCORE  - COCHIN MEDICAL COUNCIL 

All tentative list of Homoeo Doctors (registered with this Council under Part A) who have not updated their Registration is hosted for the purpose of filing objections and suggestions if any, on or before 30th November 2015. Those doctors whose names are included in the list are requested to contact the Registrar either in person with photo affixed ID cards and along with registration Certificates in original or forward a self attested copy of their registration Certificates to the Registrar along with life Certificate issued by a Gazetted Officer and duly filled up declaration form. Those who have already submitted life certificates need not forward life certificates again but shall forward the Declaration duly signed.

2. Attested copy of TCMC Registration certificate.
